Holiday Home Aspalathos - With Free Parking, Near The Beach, A Few Minutes' Walking Distance To The Unesco Palace - Split

My friend and I had an amazing time during our week-long stay at Holiday Home Aspalathos. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, and a beautiful private patio. The location was perfect, with Bačvice beach and the bars just a short walk away, and Diocletians Palace within walking distance as well. The owner, Snježana, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

I always stay at this amazing place in Split. Staff is kind and helpful, especially towards my old parents. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, A/C, and more. I'm coming back for Christmas! Amenities: Flat screen TV, beach access, no pets/smoking.

Our stay at Holiday Home Aspalathos was mind-blowing! The customer service was super impressive, with the apartment being cleaned and ready for us upon our early arrival. The communication with the owner via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. The apartment was modern, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. The location was perfect, with great access to beaches and the town center. The nearby restaurant, KONOBA NEVERA, was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the arrival and departure arrangements were smooth. we felt right at home and had a jaw-dropping experience at Holiday Home Aspalathos.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. The interior was charming and had a warm, inviting feel. The general areas were beautifully designed with cozy seating areas and lovely decor. It made me feel right at home. As a senior, I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible and had facilities that catered to our needs.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. While they were polite, it would have been nice to have more support from the children working there, especially for those of us who may require a little extra help or guidance.

The bathroom was amazing! The shower had a rainfall showerhead, and they even provided free toiletries. It felt like a spa experience. The heated floor was such a nice touch, especially during the colder days. I loved how they thought of every little detail, even providing complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers in the room.

Personally, I found the heated floor a bit too warm at times. But hey, that's just me.

Ground floor apartment was perfect for my mother who has trouble with stairs. Impeccably clean and nicely decorated with a modern bathroom. Spacious bedrooms with ample storage. Well-equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Convenient parking space. Great location between old town and the beach. Excellent communication with the owner. Value for money was excellent, the apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, situated between the old town and the beach, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations and arranging appointments for us.

Breakfast option could be improved with the addition of a barbecue to take advantage of the excellent fish available nearby.

Nothing to dislike.

It had a spacious outside area that we absolutely loved, especially during Christmas. The facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated the complimentary washing powder and dishwasher tablets. The location was perfect for us, with a short walk to the town center and the ferry port. Plus, being close to a quieter beach was a bonus during the off-season.

That there wasn't enough sofa space for all four of us. However, it wasn't too much of an issue since we didn't spend much time sitting inside in the evenings anyway.
